The Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival moved this year to the lovely property of a former golf course in Garrison, a twenty minute drive from Lake Sagamore. For pre-theater dinner, one can bring one’s own picnic, purchase picnic food there, or eat inside at the restaurant next door to the outdoor tent theater.
Experience the magic of Shakespeare this summer. We’re kicking off the season with a production of Henry V, directed by Davis McCallum and starring Emily Ota as the title character, followed by a rock and roll-infused version of Love’s Labor’s Lost, and a brand-new musical, Penelope.
Set against the Hudson River, we promise high-quality productions in an unbeatable setting. Bring your friends, pack a picnic, and settle in for a spectacular performance.
