The board unanimously passed the following resolution:
WHEREAS the owners of 306 Old Forge Drive or their assigns, heirs, mortgagees or other interested parties have failed to pay dues to the LSCA for more than two years,
THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the President of the LSCA take all actions necessary to terminate the Lake Rights of 306 Old Forge Drive in accordance with our bylaws.
